I’ve led product at Coca-Cola, Kaiser Permanente and Cox, led technology partnerships at Fiserv, led the North America Product Practice at Synechron, and founded companies of my own. The job has always been the same: walk into something complicated, work out what’s really going on, get the right people pointed the same way, and stay with it until the work ships.
